Workflow first
Understand the process, roles, and system constraints before choosing RAG, agents, or automation.
AI FDE Academy
This is not generic AI awareness training. The curriculum is built for enterprise service teams, internal AI teams, and delivery teams working with real workflows, real systems, and production-grade deliverables.
8level-one courses
1-5dmodular duration
Capstoneenterprise project
Understand the process, roles, and system constraints before choosing RAG, agents, or automation.
Each course produces briefs, architecture, eval sheets, permission inventories, or launch plans.
The curriculum assumes permissions, approvals, audit, cost, data quality, and stakeholder coordination.
Level-one curriculum
Courses can be combined by role or delivered as a 6-8 week enterprise cohort. A08 Capstone integrates the prior capabilities into a complete pilot package.
Understand the AI FDE role, operating boundary, and delivery responsibility.
Convert business problems into deliverable, measurable AI workflows.
Build permission-aware knowledge systems with citations, evals, and operations.
Turn agents into controlled, auditable, reversible business workflows.
Connect AI capabilities to CRM, ticketing, ERP, knowledge bases, and internal platforms.
Establish quality, safety, cost, and compliance controls before launch.
Manage field cadence, scope, risk, and value validation in enterprise AI projects.
Complete an end-to-end exercise from workflow discovery to launch plan.
Enterprise program design
We can bind the curriculum to a real project: diagnose the workflow, train the core team, then use Capstone to complete a reference pilot package. The company receives a working method, not only slides.
Enterprise training
Send one target workflow, team roles, and expected timeline. We will suggest the course mix, workshop cadence, and Capstone topic.
